The Boyfriend's 26th Birthday in 2010 
At one point in 2010, TheBF and his friends' favourite hangout place was Brussels Beer Cafe in Ampang. We spent almost every weekend there drinking and whatnot. Burned quite a hole in our pockets.
Plus, one of TheBF's friends' customer opened this place. So we'd get some free beer food sometimes. Ambience was pretty good too!
#2 - A worn out menu (:
So the birthday plan! I planned a surprise birthday celebration for him and made him think that it was just some normal meet up with his bros. But then again, I think I tried to surprise him one too many times, he kinda figured it all out.
#3 - Wai Loon and Pui Leng
What happened was, one of his friends, Mun Fai, was supposed to mass text everyone saying we're going for a drink etc but then TheBF didn't really want to go wtf! I was like "BUT I WANT TO GOOOO!!!"
Then obviously he got a little suspicious haha and he was like smirking the whole night and saying "I know what's going on now". -_-

Then anyway finally he agreed to go but another problem that surfaced was the cake. I entrusted the cake to Mun Fai to bring to Brussels as it wouldn't make sense for me to bring it and still call it a surprise.
But then, Mun Fai arrived late with the cake and TheBoyfriend saw him holding the cake and promptly turned to me and gave me the stupidest grin you have ever seen in your entire life.

But anyway it was all good TheBoyfriend was like "It's the thought that counts" but then again, epic fail wtf.

Since it wasn't much of a surprise anymore, I just went to the guy and asked him to bring out the cake which I got from my neighbour. My neighbour bakes and sells cake from home (: Plus, they are super yummy!

I opted for TWENTY SIX candles for him to blow them all out muahahahaha. I mean, that's the only fun part right d: Should have gotten those that you can't blow them off. You know, the trick candles muahahahaha. Imagine, all TWENTY SIX of them lighting up again hahahahaha.

It wasn't an easy task I swear! The airconditioning was turned on and was blowing directly at the cake so they had to turn it off for a minute.

Haha some candles were already blown off but I think we actually lighted them up again.

It was really nice of them to give us a bottle of champagne on the house! It was a REAL surprise as the waiter brought the bottle over and we were like "No we didn't order anything" and he said "No worries! It's on the house!" AWESOME!

Not only did we get champagne on the house that night! We were also given complimentary two bottles of beer woohoo! I love beer!!!!
I remembered it being a good night and everyone was happy! That is definitely the most important thing (:
